Lost or leaked key

Your API key works like a prepaid card: whoever has it can spend its units, up to the daily cap. It cannot read anything.

Replace the key

1. Open the account page and enter your recovery code.
2. Choose Replace key. The old key stops working at once; your balance stays.
3. Store the new key on each computer: blindhush login.
4. Save the new recovery code; the old one stops working too.

If a bh_live_ key is published in a public repository, GitHub reports it to us and we revoke it automatically. The client then says the key was revoked; replace it as above.

Lost both

There is no account to reset: we do not know who you are. The balance of that wallet is lost. Keep the recovery code in a password manager.
